THE PROCESS

THE PROCESS:
Phase 1
A dedicated account representative will work closely with you to provide an estimate to build your custom wiring harness, panel, enclosure, or cable assembly. Our team of engineers and quality personnel will assess your documentation to ensure manufacturability. If design changes or enhancements are identified to ensure a successful build, our highly skilled engineers will provide the design support required.
THE PROCESS:
Phase 2
Once the documentation review is complete, an estimate will be provided that includes current pricing, price breaks (if applicable), and project lead times. Upon receipt of a purchase order, the production process can begin.

Phase 3
During the preproduction process, customer supplied documentation will be further reviewed for manufacturability. We will establish assembly processes, tooling, and test requirements prior to production.

Phase 4
The production team will fabricate your custom assembly utilizing our advanced manufacturing techniques. If manufacturing issues are identified, we will coordinate with your team to resolve any concerns.

Phase 5
If the scope of your build requires First Article Inspection (FAI) approval, or any other range of production part approval process (PPAP) prior to shipping or completing a project, our quality team will follow your prescribed method of information submission.

Phase 6
Completed orders are transferred to our shipping department where we can generate tracking information, certificates of origin, and also accommodate special packaging requests. Once packaged, the order will be shipped via your designated carrier and level of service.
